With the year fast coming to an end, I have been fortunate enough to be involved with some incredible portraiture work for Standard Bank and their calendars for both 2016 and 2017. Every shoot was different and based on the client’s personality and business. We travelled in and around Johannesburg, Durban, Port Elizabeth and even some place called Limpopo! From clients punching their way through boxes even to clients levitating in in the air, I think 2017’s calendar is going to be a cracker! I enjoy every aspect of this type of photography, from creating the idea to shooting and then finallypiecing it all together. Shooting tethered is the only way to go when doing this type of work. For this I used Lightroom, which allowed me to take various elements and piece them together, as well as view the images as we were shooting. In this post I have attached some behind the scenes images for your enjoyment. If you would like to see some of the final images please check out our Portraits portfolio. A big thanks must go out to Six Degrees for the ongoing work and support. I know I must sound like a stuck record, but having made the move over to Nikon I have seen such and improvement in image quality.
